The Community Action Leaders (CAL) Program empowers rural youth to become frontline problem-solvers in their own villages. Participants are trained to identify pressing local challenges—such as access to education, health awareness, sanitation, or child protection—and design small-scale action projects to address them. Through workshops, team-based missions, and mentorship from community leaders, young members learn how to lead campaigns, engage citizens, and drive meaningful impact. Instead of waiting for change, CAL teaches youth how to become the change their community needs.
